The plans have been designed by leading nutritionists and have easy step-by-step recipe instructions, weekly grocery lists, daily intake/macro goals and tracking. You are able to search your meals according to your dietary requirements and favourite them so they are always accessible. Use our barcode scanner to quickly find and log any food product that comes in a package and has a barcode. You’ll even find some healthy treats and family meals in there too!
