Could not be any worse
OMG SOO BAD. First they don’t migrate your profile, your purchase history, address details for shipping etc but you can’t even do an update. You have to delete, reinstall then go into the store physically to customer service to get your profile “reinstated” after being a customer for years. Then after all that you get nothing but errors and no help feature. Who developed this? Ever heard of UX? Even better when you click on the app support link in the App Store it takes you to a 404 error on the tangs web site. I’m embarrassed for their application development team.
