荒谬的服务Ridiculous service
千万千万千万不要使用他们的本地退服务，因为商家发错货，在我提交请求说退货，因为颜色发错，他们接受了请求上门提货以后，运到仓库又以验货不通过因为颜色不一样给拒绝了，然后要运回给我，让我到付出从仓库运回来的钱，你能想想这是个什么神仙逻辑吗？ Never, ever, ever use their local return service. When the seller ships the wrong item, I submitted a request to return the item because the color was wrong. Taobao local return service accepted the request and arranged for pickup, but after the item was sent to their warehouse, they rejected it, claiming the return failed due to the color mismatch. Then they insisted on shipping it back to me, and I had to pay for the shipping costs from their warehouse. Can you even imagine such absurd logic?

i got scammed on taobao and taobao didn’t even do anyth so i deleted this app.
New update broke english version
Please fix asap need to make contact with courier as i have arranged for parcel pickup.

I cant access the english version and the alipay is giving me so much trouble

i changed to english but after awhile it changed back to mandarin and i couldn’t select back the english language
Horrible service
First time using taobao. Firstly there was an issue where all items in my shopping cart was erased and customer service didn’t know what to do. A few days later after I bought my first item, it failed to deliver due to some supposed issue with the shipping address despite correct information given. Really horrible 1st impression, hope it gets better or else I’ll be returning to other competitors
Still no English option on iPad Dec 2024
There is no way to change language to English on the iPad 😟
