Can’t log into my TAP account
Since the app update more than a month ago (coincidence or not) can’t log into my TAP account or recover my password. Called TAP support and they can’t help or predict when the problem will be fixed.

Não deixa entrar na conta
E fala que vai manda o 6 números para conseguir resgatar a senha e não manda. Já tentamos de tudo. Péssimo Porque não estamos conseguindo nossas milhas.
Praticamente inútil
A app funciona tão mal que chega a ser vergonhosa. Não se consegue entender como é que em 2025 se pode criar uma app tão má! Pior app de companhia aérea que conheço.
Não se consegue aceder ao portal
Não se consegue aceder à área de cliente. Não aceita a password e não se recebe o link de recuperação no e-mail
Widget
Esta versão, ao contrário da antiga, não assume e nem faz aparecer a App nos Widgets dos menus do iphone. É uma pena pois a antiga versão permitia Widgets, e com isso, havia interatividade com a informação do voo. Com esta App nova não! Espero que corrigam e disponibilizem. Obrigada!

O que já era ruim, ficou pior! Compraram a M do SalesForce, trocaram o sistema e um mar de clientes não conseguem mais acessar suas contas! Suporte? Esqueça! E-mails e mais e-mails, horas ao telefone, … E o executivo “gênio”, responsável pela c… (deve ter um perfil fodástico no LinkedIn), é quem deve ter escrito o script que os pobre coitados da linha de frente seguem repetindo: “Em 48 horas estará resolvido!”. No meu caso, a ultima promessa de 48 horas já tem 240 horas! Um lixo, como tudo que diz respeito à companhias aéreas hoje em dia. Se quiserem uma dica: comprem/copiem/façam igual ao da United e/ou da American. São os “menos piores”!

De mal a pior…
Esta "App", vai de mal a pior, como se diz em bom português. Não permite recuperar contas; criar novas contas; Saber horários de voos; Saber o estado dos voos; Saber o valor dos bilhetes de novos voos; Em suma, para que é que isto serve…?! Claramente o reflexo do que se passa internamente e no seio, da empresa…
Mediocre
Ao fazer o check-in simplesmente não assume o numero de viageiro frequente da TAP e quando se introduz devolve mensagem de erro… será que é para não acumular milhas?
Falta o Dark Mode
De resto, muito satisfeito
