One time I couldn’t reload my card for no clear reason, and it was stressful because there’s no kiosk near me and I didn’t have cash on me. The nearby 7/11 couldn’t help me either. And it’s also inconvenient to only be able to keep my TAP card on my phone OR my watch. Every other card in my apple wallet works on both devices, but this one makes me choose. I keep it on my watch which I wear 95% of the time, but on the rare occasion I don’t, I end up screwed. So poorly designed.

After three or four months of this app not working just on the Long Beach transit app since the very first day, they updated the system,it never worked which means I had to go out of my way to make sure I had actual cash to pay for my fair then the less than 30 seconds it took to just put money onMy bus code for the app. This didn’t happen on the metro, or the Torrence transit lines Before the fixed today when after 3 to 4 months, it finally worked. I probably would’ve given one star but now back up to four. Minus one stove, because beyond the issues with my appThe new system update with the LBT bus service in general always seem to have issues For tap or card tap payment

This app can be helpful, for all that are involved with this app. There have been several occasion that I was unable to load a form of currency onto my TAP CARD, to be able to board the PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. This incident occurred November 25th, 2024, at 08:27 AM - PST. When the app does circulate properly, it they’re aren’t too many problems .

Why does the trip planner not show how much fare I will need to make my destination? The app is literally designed for adding fare to the tap card and checking balance, but won't tell me how much my trip will cost. So no worries I can just wait an hour for fare to sync.

This is a horrible app for ‘predicting’ arrival times. If I never traveled to other cities in other countries, I’d think this is still horrible. In multiple cities around the world I can use the same app to pay for transportation, groceries, etc. and they come with accurate departure times. TAP can’t even have accurate times. Never plan your day based on public transportation using the TAP app.

SPENT 10 DOLLARS AND IT GLITCHED AS I DIDNT JUST PAY AND WAS NEVER GIVEN REFUND
