Must say has been very very handy and a great easy to use app but most of all the card for spending my crypto or fiat was what made it special. I see a bright future with this project keep up the work team💯

I am unable to add my debit card I get a message saying invalid card. I have tried multiple cards.

Card upload function doesn’t work - Been locked out of logging several times despite inputting correct credentials - UI good but UX terrible … sort it out schmucks.

Fee to top up, fee to transfer money to currency that your card can use, fee to top up, fee to withdraw, and half the time you have no clue there is a fee or what it will be until after you’ve done what you’re trying to do

I used the in-App Chat to get my address changed (you can’t do it yourself as they need documentary proof.. so I submitted a .pdf of a recent bank statement. Their verification process accepted my document BUT their App did not reflect the Address change. They talked me through various things to do… logging out/in to their App erc. but it still refused the change (although they saud it was “now showing” on their side. They told me to DELETE the App COMPLETELY… then reload it from the 🍏Apple App Store… then Login again… which I did - and it WORKED !!! 😎 EXCELLENT SUPPORT, PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, HELPFUL and SUCCESSFUL!!! Thank you 🙏

Had been using tap for over a year now at the start of 2024 they started giving me a error not allowing me to use MY funds after months of messaging and the same response I asked them to just close my account and withdraw my funds to a wallet. (AFTER MONTSH OF BACK AND FORTH MESSAGED WITH THEY SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE) They closed my account and I sent them my wallet address, it never arrived been weeks now still the same response waiting on the relevant team and no update. DO NOT USE Website has lack of support They will not cover any money they lose you

Really impressive app. I have been using it for over a year and the service is amazing. I researched the app before using it and the company follows all of the rules and looks very trustworthy.
