Charge without my consent and refuse refund

I found it difficult to use this program during the free trial, so I did not subscribe and do not wish to subscribe. Please refund the subscription fee, as it was charged without my consent.

Difficult

It is difficult to set the perimeters. Oddly, the measurements for inches comes up as a percentage of a foot as well.

Frustrating! Don’t download.

This app does not include clear disclaimers regarding what constitutes a free week trial. I was charged immediately after download and given no recourse as receive a refund. If the developer sees this, please respond so we could get squared away. Very frustrated about this situation.
