Keeps logging me out and when i login it goes onto the last page and i can’t get off it or scroll up and down

Please fix this Edit - developer has responded. It’s not cache issue, it’s a bug with your app.

Concept great but it’s buggy. I often don’t get care diary updates or daily memos. The school has released them and they can see my profile is added, but I have to log on to web to get them. Would also be nice to see observations and memos in a separate drawer/ menu icon instead of all in threads.

Was perfect until recently :( Now when you open it, it shows the last page you opened with no option of returning to the main screen. You can only scroll between the pages using the arrows at the top. The button to go back has vanished. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled incase it was a glitch but no joy.

I have lived the app … until the most recent update. Why can I now only see the latest post? I used to be able to see all the posts in a list which was much more useful. Ironically, this app has added to my teacher workload with this cumbersome update rather than being an app which supports my practise. Tapestry- please consider an option where users can see the list of observations as we used to be able to.

Why change the layout screen when it was great the was? Now I have to click the tiny arrow to go through the different days. Please change it back.

As a teacher and a parent I have always found this App really useful. I use it regularly on a daily basis, adding things for parents. After the latest update I have found that the App keeps kicking me out and I have to sign in using my email address and password at least once a day to continue using it. When trying to do create a post quickly, this can be frustrating. Not sure if this is a bug?

Really have enjoyed this app throughout my little ones time in early years education. It’s a great way to see what they’re up to and communicate with teachers and parents. My child loves looking back at what they’ve done as we go through the journal entries together. The most recent update for the app however is shockingly bad. Not easy to use. No more notifications section, the app just opens on the last page you were on so you’re not actually able to see what entries have been made and by who, you just need to go through and hope you don’t miss anything. Another thing is I now have to log in EVERY TIME I use the app which is honestly a real pain. I thought the whole point of an app was somewhere you’re logged in and is easier to use. Such a great app but such a poor update. Takes the user experience from a 10 to a 3. Hopefully they change it back or are in the process of making it better and more user friendly.

Since updating the app I can see all observations added by school but don’t have an option to add my own anywhere?!

Always been excellent and reliable now pretty much unusable.
