They keep lying about all kind of game related content just to get more money from users. I’ve been playing for more than a year. Greedy and unprofessional developers.

after 8 months of playing, I changed my phone having a problem, I left you a message that I can't connect to my account but you come up with arguments instead of theirs, so I will ask for my rights, or recover my account for that I put 600 € in it and you will not care about the players, try to recover my account so I can put it on iphone, we are in the 21st century anything is possible, not that it is not possible to move the account from to the samsung to the ios iphone
They want your money!!
The make pushes to pay. Now is on an event named Secret Treasure Legend where you can buy with gems ordinary key for 100 gems and when I was close to take ca hero there they block me to can buy more Ordinary Keys and noware is note we can buy a fix number of keys, so... they push you to buy with real money.

Can you add vip exp for daily quests or for videos you can watch for gems? Like 0,5 or 1 vip exp per video or quest... It’s not really fair for “play to win” players or old players if they can’t pay real money... i’m level 116 and it’s really hard for me to grow without vip benefits... thank you ❤️
Nothing new
Guilds are empty, every Event is the same over and over. You play for months and months to Awaken a hero but you always miss something. Updates look like are targeting rich players. You get stuck easily without continuing purchase stuff with real money. Thanks for the game but it feels like nothing is changing...

I really, really, really like this game. Best mobile game so far imo. But the only thing I want more of, is updates. I feel like the last update, where 10 star heroes arrived was pretty good, I want to see updates more often.
