Targetshare is an app that helps you estimate the completion date of your projects.
How does it work?
In Targetshare, you can set your working hours for each day of the week, so the application can use this information.
After you have created your project, add subtasks. The sub-tasks come with a time interval estimation, so you will have to enter what you think the minimum and maximum working hours will be for the given task.
From your set working hours and the tasks you have provided, the application will estimate how many working hours or weeks the project completion will take.
In addition, you can also see which day of the year each sub-task is scheduled for.
Other features that help your planning
You can switch off sub-tasks depending on whether you deem them necessary. In the application, you can see how the target date changes as a result.
Of course, you can rearrange individual tasks depending on their priority.
Create templates
You can create a template from any of your projects with only one click, but they can also be created on their own. The templates contain sub-tasks with their interval estimates, so you can use them to construct similar projects in seconds.
Sharing
From the app, you have the option to send a public link with your project estimations to others, so they can also view them in their browser. This is a premium feature.
