Wish it worked
Since inporting our to-do list of 30 projects and 900 tasks the app will let me scroll for a split sexond and then totally freeze. It is ery unresponsive on our other devices too, Power Mac

The simplest thing as adding a new task doesn’t work correctly because the layout just goes crazy not showing new information. When it does work, navigation is start tripping. The idea is great but execution need a lot of work. I paid for this app and see potential but developer/s need to put in that work.
Please introduce new layouts and schemas. This app would benefit greatly from additional export options visually and file-wise. I use this app not so much for tasks per-se but more so to create correlation boards that end up creating a very useful circuitry due to how easy it is to set up dependencies with taskheat. I’m not asking for more complexity, but more depth in exporting our creations. I really like the list view when exported via printing; though if it were possible to also include a list of sorts that using text or language to express the connections — that would be phenomenal. The list is as close as it gets but the arrow’s unfortunately dont translate beyond explanation. The project view needs a better UX/UI, while the mindmap, is fantastic and in my opinion would do very well with custom automized schemas. So one could choose many layouts to visualize their tasks. Also it would be useful to add a priority number or letter ABC to tasks not so much as to set an order, but to show alternative task choices with ABC and then set intensity/importance with levels of 123+ that perhaps could add an additional thick colored outline of some kind to the bubbles based on their setting. Different numbers indicating different outline thickness for priority or something. Just trying to think visually.
I really like this app and it’s easy to use. There isn’t different shapes or manually putting the location of each task, which I like. Buying the full version is worth it since its one-time. I don’t know if this is already a feature, but it would be nice if already completed options could be hidden and removed, but not deleted. Is there any way to share this and use it live with someone else? That would be nice. It would make the delegate feature more useful. Also if you could allow easy selecting and editing multiple tasks at once, that would be nice. I would also like a way to control the size/dimensions of all the tasks. Like making It 1.5 times wider than the height or something. Sometimes the zoom pop up in the top can get kind of annoying. Could you add a way to disable it? It doesn’t look like there have been many updates. There is also a glitch where I can’t reorder my projects in the menu. I really wish these features were added, and I would probably change this to a 5 star review.
1. Needs a tutorial to show how to use it better 2. Doesnt seem fit for large projects 3. There is no simple open / save project concept. you have your projects ALWAYS open on the left. what if word / excel did this? lol in TH you need to export to CSV and re-import if you want to do this for many projects. Odd Great but needs more work. Thanks
Project and task dependencies are hard to connect. When in a task on the flowchart, there’s not a clear path back to the main dashboard. A few times I had to back out of the app to go back to the main menu. I think it has great potential though because this kind of app is needed. But the developers still need to work on making it more intuitive-if they do it’ll be a five star easily.
Very simplistic interface that I didn't enjoy using at all. I got a refund as quickly as possible.
To the developer: Please consider switching to a monthly or annual subscription model. Yes—I’m actually asking you to charge more! The idea behind the app is great, and this app seem to be first to market. However, there are bugs to be worked out and I hope the team can devote itself to regular releases and updates to fix these issues (and be compensated for it). My suggestion would be for the team to use task heat to map out feature rollouts / bug fixes across devices (mac / ios / ipad os). Then the dev team will be able to see firsthand what problems users are experiencing before they have they report it, or put in a feature request. Also, consider killing non-essential features (like the icon switching). Would love to see this app be rated 4+ stars!
Attempted to follow the Tutorial. Marking tasks as completed doesn’t stick. No controls to navigate to the next item without backing out and selecting. There is an arrow control but it brings up a list. Next to that arrow is a trash can but it doesn’t do anything when selected. The Actual/Flowchart gets into a state that doesn’t allow seeing anything but a list with only one item showing. No way to get out of that.
I had trouble getting the product started. It kept asking me to buy the product even before I could try it out. In frustration, I gave this product a bad review -- my mistake. After rebooting my computer, reinstalling the product, for some reason I was able to jump right in and try the product successfully WITHOUT it asking for my purchase. I don't know what happened, but the product works just as advertised. So I rescinded my bad review and gave it 3 stars. It works. I'm still working with it, so will update this review once my free trail period is over.
