So far so good
I’m a new user and first of all, I love the app. However I wish I could use more colors than the existing 11 available. I’d prefer a different color to all my subjects (as I use it for school). Otherwise, perfect!

it's really flexible, you can organize things with different hierarchies and different projects. there's multiple levels like folders, tasks, and projects.. so you can do more than just "to do"
First app of its kind that I downloaded and immediately loved and was instantly using intuitively. Kind of didn’t want to stop adding and organizing tasks! Thank you!
It a greaattt app honestly! So many features such a variety of icons and all. I love it. However there is one thing that is bothering me: the widget on my home screen does not update itself even if I have updated the order of the tasks in the app.
Every time I try to create a second project, the app freezes. There’s basically no point to it if I can only have one project.
Tasks makes it seamless and fast to create tasks compared to other apps - great for people who want to level up their productivity and create structure for all work and priorities.
This app seems amazing and is exactly what I need… but it’s buggy and frustrating to use. I can’t rely on it. I can’t believe I payed as much as I did only for it NOT to work. -Sync between iPad and iphone does not work. -Have to reboot the app to see changes I made to my tasks or tasks take a long time to show the changes I made to them. -Constantly crashes. -Sometimes the UI to add tasks on iPad glitches and I have to reboot the app to get the UI to show. -Tasks that I add don’t show. -Changes I make sometimes never happen. -The widget and the app don’t sync when I make title changes to the task. This app is a hot mess. Please fix it or refund my money…
I paid for the plus version of this app, and it would be a great app, but it keeps freezing up and I have to turn off the ipad to add more to it. It says unlimited projects but I can only add 6.
This is by far the best task app I have ever tried. I have been using this app around 7 months now. I started using this app for work. It is really good for tracking my projects and tasks for work. I don’t use different projects, I just use tasks for all my projects and sub projects if needed. It is a good tracker for work and if that was all I used it for the free version would work very well for me. Where this tracker has really excelled for me is making a chore chart for my family. I have tried a ton of chore trackers and none of them come anywhere close to doing what I need them to do. In order to get it to work perfectly with sorting and grouping I did have to rethink what things meant. I use Task Type as Assignee since kids under 13 can’t log in due to Apple ID rules and be assigned through the actual Assignee feature. I also used Priority to show how often each chore needed done as I prefer not to use the recurring feature for this. The only drawback to this is that in the filter the Task Type and Priority won’t show up with the label you gave them, so you have to remember that to filter by an assignee, you have to choose Task Type. After doing those things it has worked perfectly and it the only app I have ever had success at getting my family to use to check off weekly assigned chores. One of my daughter’s favorite features is the little burst that happens when you check something off. There are a few bugs that I have problems with, but most of them I can work around by doing a split screen (I know it’s weird). The bugs are worth how this app has helped organize my life. There is still a lot of potential in this app. I do agree with another review I read about dates. The date fields kind of all mesh together when it comes to sorting by dates and that doesn’t work well, but I am able to work around it. The tags also all jumble together when filtering and I wish you could filter and group by a specific tag group, not just all tags. But again, I couldn’t do the majority of all the tags and everything else I do with any other app I’ve tried.
Just started using it but, I can’t do much with the iPad app, it freezes when I try to make tasks, or do other adjustments which is unfortunate, I also have manually sync data using their ‘tasks cloud’ from the phone app to have projects appear on the Apple Watch. Without that the tasks don't sync automatically, but the iPhone app works perfectly. The work flow and adjustability along with the UI is exactly what I was looking for, as well as having apps across all devices. But the bugs make it somewhat unusable.
