TaskTask for Outlook Tasks

The most successful app to use for desktop outlook tasks on iPhone. This is the only app I managed to show, organize and edit Follow Up of emails. One issue though, I couldn’t manage to do automatic syncing or made it use push syncing.

The best app so far to integrate with Outlook tasks, including actual categories. However, from short use it lacks in two points: 1) Disappointing - You buy for iPhone, then on iPad it looks bad and does not fit well. You have to buy another called TaskTask HD for iPad. 2) Does not show assigned tasks and to whom.

App. Is working, and for lite users iy's ok... But - sync is not integrated to the phone as outlook + it does not push content as in other apps

Installation was easy. You need to know how to set up and connect to your exchange server. I am using hosted service exchange version 2010. Once you finish the configuration, you can sync your outlook tasks with your iphone. You can now set up a task on your outlook and it will sync with your iphone or create a task in your iphone and see it in outlook (tasks.) The only thing it is missing is push capability which indicates that you have a task(s). Currently the only way to know if you have a new task is by invoking the app. enjoy....

It could have been very nice and useful app but unfortunately it has too many bugs which makes it irrelevant to use. I hope they will fix it soon.

If you have more than about 50 tasks ( including recurring tasks ) then this app is extremely slow, taking about a minute to update after completing a task.

Sadly, Ryan Greg LLC has left this wonderful app in the dust. It is, by far, the best task app out there. It has a few minor challenges that the developer should be able to solve in short order, but he has left it for dead. So I cannot recommend you pay for this anymore. The biggest issue I face is that it randomly stops connecting to my personal Microsoft 365 account. It takes days/weeks to get it to properly authenticate and begin working again. It works fine with my work M365 accounts. Perhaps Ryan is afraid of completing the privacy info for the app, perhaps he’s tired of it, he was abducted by aliens, or some other reason. But if he is listening, hey, would love it if you would update this great app… my most used!!

YOU can’t order the tasks. The color is missing. Color task settings don’t translate into the black and white lists. There are too many items there from the ancient past in “tasks”. This is not fun to use and I’m sorry I got it. Yes, it syncs with outlook to do, but that’s its only virtue. Otherwise it’s a joyless and useless app.

Today 06-24-23 the app just stopped working. I received a window telling me the “the specified object was not found”. I love this app. Please figure out the problem and correct it!
