Impossible to pay bills with it. Very bad app.

First i activate my service on December, and had to pay since August ( 4 month ) payment that was not even activated !! And it’s thee policies with the property company who already signed with me in October and wrote the contract Tawtheeq since ( August) in August and September i was even living in AbuDhabi 😒😵‍💫!! Please do not treat people as idiots !! Thank you About the application and website is for nothing !! I’m trying to close my account and even it’s not working !! I had to move out because of this company ( Tasleem and Provis) !!! The worst services I’ve experience

Very old Application for this kind of service , if you want to make any action to your account you should call or go to them. This Application just for show that they have one. Nothing to gain for the customer.

The application needs to be revamped from top to bottom. Very old and sluggish.

Very poor App, Very poor service

This team have totally poor response. No value of commitment at all. Then what is the purpose of this App.

Unable to pay bills as the app is not working and even after downloading it from App Store. Pl fix ASAP

Payment is conditional on updating the App version, while the App in the store is not updated...! Please fix it soon to be able to pay our dues.

The invoices become more even though we’re on vacation and not using the A/C also the app not working properly comparitto the amount of money they taking that’s too much

Updated the app on the 21st August and still not working.
