has some alright values in meal and excercise plans and engagements, this app contains recipes, cooking time, prep time and adverage excercise exabitions it overally ranges around from a scale of 1-10. ill probably rate it a 4.5 - 5 it is an amazing weightloss/healthy eating diet app and it does help out but to stay on top of the actual app while in the middle of a healthy journey the app could be easily forgoten about. but overall good
