Ordered a MK bag from this app. They delivered the wrong product. Tried to return it 2 times, but return was rejected by the third party pickup partners saying product does not match the images (product mismatch was the exact reason due to which i initiated the return).Finally after multiple calls, third time the return was successful. Would not recommend for any purchase. You cannot trust this app, as they do deliver wrong products and hence I now question the authenticity of their products as well. Consider buying from ajio luxe or stores instead.

I placed an order on the Tata Luxury app for an Apple USB-C to Lightning cable. However, I received a USB-A to Lightning cable instead. I immediately contacted their customer care on the same day I received the product, December 15, 2024. They asked me to submit images of the product through a link they provided. I submitted the images, but due to technical issues, they claimed not to have received them. For four consecutive days, I uploaded the images again by contacting customer care every day. Finally, after four days, they registered my complaint. Seven days later, they resolved my query and initiated a return pickup. However, the return pickup failed twice before the product was finally collected two days later. Now, on December 28, 2024, I called customer care again, and they informed me that it might take another 10 working days to process my refund. This means that from December 15 (the day I raised the complaint) to December 28, 13 days have already passed. Adding 10 more working days for the refund makes the entire process unnecessarily long and frustrating. How can a customer purchase another product if they urgently need it, while waiting for such an extended resolution? This experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against shopping on Tata Luxury online.

Third class app expensive product got it in worst condition pieces and almost the curior boy came to collet it for 15 times and went back, the harresment was that the company was sending the curior person every day to collect and the curior was saying I cannot collet it the thing is that wasted my money wasted my time and I would say that lowest lowest category company i have ever seen. I threw away the product and deleted my account and this is really really bad bad bad bad newer buy a product from Tata. Never ever.

I trusted TCL. I bought this watch from their app and I got the wrong product and I tried to return it a but my return request got declined and so I checked online in the forum and I saw a lot of other furious customers complaining about similar experience with TCL. I didn’t expect this kind of service from Tata cliq luxury. Very disappointed!!

My sister ordered an expensive purse, when she received the order the box was empty and when complained first they didn’t even acknowledged and after reaching to their managers as well there was no support provided and at end they share the cctv if you have any otherwise we are closing your request. They closed the request, such unprofessional people, utter shame on the name of TATA, will never ever recommend any person to even consider this fraud company to order from

One of the worst apps I have ever experienced. Their customer care service is even worse, as they do nothing. Days will pass, but the problem will remain unresolved. I highly recommend avoiding this app to prevent any regrets.
