App is not working

Application is quit good but there is still room for improvement in data provided in app. Also the data regarding EV Charger is not proper, many chargers are missing in details. Kindly upgrade it.

Good application occasionally errors seeping in. Pls reduce the subscription cost.

It’s been just over 7 months getting Tata Nexon EV. However, one of the most frustrating experience has been with the Z connect app. No one has an idea about its fix. It does not update itself, when car is charging it keeps showing the charge when charging started. It shows synced now, but still does not refresh itself.

Half of time app not at all working

Some things can e improved. The app doesn’t respond sometimes

App is excellent !! Gives all the necessary information about the status of my car. I experienced only a glitch in the sence recently I went to Mauritius and there I could not connect with this app. I was concerned about the car. If you could make the app available outside India, it would be additional advantage !! Thanks !!
