Taunton Taxi Service

Good service in 2 runs to and from Bristol airport in May marred because both times cars could not take 4 luggage cases carried by 4 adults as specified when booking, Drivers struggled to cope and time to airport lost. 3 passengers had to have heavy case on their laps on rear seat. Outward driver promised to relay needs for return journey but this did not happen. Helpful friendly drivers and usual effficient service welcome as we have used Taunton many times before but disappointed by this experience

I have notifications on to know about updates for my taxi, but despite deselecting advertisements and promotions, I still keep getting unwanted push notifications advertising their services. Either these stop or I delete the app.

The service Taunton Taxi provides is not so much. I recently have been incapacitated and unable to walk to work. My normal lift was unavailable, so On Tuesday, I used this app to order the 4 taxis to get to and from work on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning and afternoon and Friday morning. I received confirmations from the app and thought all was well. Wednesday morning I received 4 cancellations in a row. I was already at work and now have no way to get home. So I called Taunton Taxis to find out what’s going on to be told it is their busiest time for the school run so they can’t provide a taxi. Why did I receive confirmations? I am now stranded at work! Thanks for nothing Taunton Taxis. Needless to say app deleted and TT’s deleted from my phone. I won’t be using them again.

Our driver arrived at the time the app said, was lovely and welcoming and those of us that use taxis often will appreciate the fact that he was not an impatient driver. A nice very experience.
