Tawakkalna Emergency

I wanted my first ever flight to be at ease, But with this app its gonne be a disaster. Im from a foreign country and the airlines required us to install this first before departure. But even if i already install it, i cannot even register, it always appears as “incorrect information” even though i am putting my correct infos 🤦‍♀️ fix this immediately!!!

This is ridiculous! This app wasn’t helping me anymore! I was really disappointed with this app, I was tested negative and finished my home quarantine but still the app says I need to undergo home quarantine. It was still purple since December,31,2021 Until now Feb 23,2022 it was the same color. So embarrassing

Salam. Can you help me fix my concern? I have received the two doses in Kingdom but it is not reflecting in the application. This is a concern as establishments/facilities are checking it if you are residing in Saudi Arabia and will not allow you to enter. Kindly help fix this concern. Thank you.

WAITING TIME IS SOOOO LONG IN UPDATING THE APP!!!

Health passport is not workng, Im using an iPhone 6 mobile. I don't know if the app is designed for higher iOS versions (13 and up).

Since the new update there is an issue now during i login.. only keep buffering on the display and not loading anymore my profile.. please check this reported issue as I can’t go on the public places. Too much restriction an I can’t even buy the stuff i want to buy..
