I’m giving this a 2 star review, because the updates get worse and worse. We’ve been using it for 4 years now, and the latest update is very bad. I updated it recently and running latest iOS. When writing an intra-company message, it locks up. If I type to someone, or they send me a message, it lags for up to 30 seconds each message. It’s to the point where I just uninstalled it on my phone hoping a fresh reinstall will somehow help, but I doubt it. The older version was significantly better and I left a 5 star review in the past for you guys. I also reached out to you on your FB page when the last update messed several things up. It was a polite message informing you about the bugs, and someone who answered the FB message was quite rude and acted like I, along with several others were making it up. I’m reinstalling the app, but don’t think the iOS lockup will help. Feb-16th-2023 -Update. I uninstalled the app when I originally wrote this review and didn’t post it. There has not been an update for a while. I completely removed the app, then reinstalled it and it started working. Great! So, that was only 2 weeks ago. Now, the app on iPhone is back lagging horrifically again. It’s like a cache buffer builds up inside the app, which begins to slow it down for inter-company messaging. Very bad. To the point where I’ll send a message and it lags for 10 seconds, then 15 seconds, then 30 seconds. Is there a cache buffer I’m not seeing that can be cleared?

How do I delete this app

I’ve missed 5 client messages since the app doesn’t notify me with messages/visitors anymore. Pls fix it. Will update my rating once fixed since the app concept is amazing.

They should fix the performance on the mobile app for ios

I have been using tawk.to for almost a year and its been two months I installed it on my iPhone and guess what? It never works. I tried two phones. One is iPhone X and second one is iPhone 12 pro max. But on the same time it works good on android devices. I am writing this review because currently its not working and most of the time, I have to restart the app again and again for it to load. Never have any internet issue. I use wifi and LTE. They should fix this issue asap before I move to tidio or somewhere else. I mean like you can’t simply optimism the app for iOS? Lucky if you are android user because it always work there unless there is some issue from the server side which was like a month ago but I am glad that was fixed. Hey devs, you need to speed up your game and work on it asap because either I am gonna change to another app, or your company gonna change the developer team. Thank you.
