دوم اختار شركة توزيع للتوصيل وما كان في اي غلطه

مشكلة كبيرة جداً في خدمة توصيل الجوازات وتأخير طويل تم عمل خدمة تجديد جواز سفر واستلمته شركتكم وحطوا رقم خاطئ للتواصل لم ااضعه انا في المعاملة وبعدها ارجعوا الجواز للمخازن وتواصلت معهم اكثر من مرة يمكن 10 مرات ولا به من اجابة ولحد الان لم استلم الجواز… كذلك موظفينكم على الكول سنتر يخلونا على الويتينق مدة طويلة جداً لحد ما نفقد الامل

I don’t know why this courier is the default courier of some government institution here in UAE. There’s a lot good courier here in UAE but not this one. My Mulkiya was been received by the since 04-11-2021 then via whatsapp they asked details for delivery address and preferred schedule date. So I chose 09-11-2021. It’s been 5 days since they contacted me. But today 11-11-2021 I am quite confused what happened to my important parcel. So I took research their website and try to trace my parcel thru their site. No one calling me or contacting me since the day of the delivery up to today. Then I found out that it is “Unsuccessful delivery” so I become more confuse coz no one from their courier called or even bother to contact me about this. So I just called their hotline and just told me that they will inform only courier to contact me. So what kind of service is this? I even paid 126AED just for this? Its even only within UAE. I think people don’t deserve this kind of courier with very expensive fee. Its higher even to same day delivery of other courier but for them it’s more than a week and still no one try to contact you.

This service is the worse they texted me two days ago to deliver my EID. And gave them all details and they scheduled my delivery for today from 8:00 am till 1:00pm they even didn’t call they didn’t show up and the end I called them now @3 and they were like sorry but it won’t be delivered today we will let you know when they even didn’t bother themselves to call or to even text I was waiting for them the whole Day that’s useless we are not used for kind of services from UAE facilities
