First ever of its kind, Tax Asaan is Smart Application developed for Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan to facilitate its Taxpayers, to use commonly re features as available on various FBR Websites. The features currently available in Tax Asaan are:
1. Easy Wizard-based Income Tax Return Filing (Salaried & Normal Return)
2. Income Tax Registration (Signup)
3. Sales Tax Registration
4. Online Verification Services (ATL, Profile Inquiry, Exemptions/Notices/Orders and more)
5. e-Payment (Income Tax, Sales Tax and Federal Excise Duty)
6. Withholding Deduction(s) Data

App is not working well

Poor Interface

FBR Rays not working , App logs out itslef

Returns are not showing

The submitted 2024 tax return is showing on the website but not in the app.

POS receipts fraud

Since previous update every receipt gives error of submitted but not nit verified.. I guess this is now defunct to upload the receipts in pos tab. Time waste for populace. When FBR themselves don’t want to improve why would others care

Login issue

I am always see popup to login even i already logged in

Terrible Application

Whenever I try to file income tax return, it tells me to login even when I am logged in. Pakistan is the cheapest country to hire a software engineer, we are working for first world countries to provide top notch web/app development but fbr chooses some clowns to make an app which is supposed to handle broken income tax system of this broken country!

Loading issue

The application does not open please resolve the issue asap.

Invoice Submitted But Not Verfied

Facing invoice submitted but jot verified issue continuously after recent update

Application crash

Current application version of iOS crashes on launch. Please rectify this issue.

Converted Sim code issue

Converted sim issue on forgot password recovery code ( 4example sim number Ufone ka ho or network zong) code receive nahi huta. Fbr staff sy baat ki kehny lagy ye hanarah issue nahi , tu bahi kes ki issue hy? Application ko tori improve kary. pathetic staff pathetic service, ek sath 2 , 2 codes ki kiya zarorath (email or sms code) wk sath. ✋🏽
