Confirmed ride to airport, driver assigned with car and license plate. Never showed up, phone line disconnected- do not waste your time with this app

Unless you are going to or from the airport totally useless.

Hello. I cannot save my profile. I entered the phone verification code but app is still asking for my phone number verification. It will not save my profile.

Spent over 20 minutes trying to get this app to secure me a cab in Barcelona. Multiple drivers cancelled on me, or the app was totally unable to get me a cab. I’ve given up trying. Very poor service. I expect a cab app to get me a cab booking 24/7 within 20 minutes.

We used while traveling to Barcelona. Liked it very much - drivers are nice & supportive. They do not speak much English, but still communication skills are spectacular. Normal prices - you see the cost while ordering the ride. Definitely good taxi to use

We tried to use this app in Barcelona, but our driver didn’t show. We then tried to call the number in the app, which has been disconnected. The app has no real-time status map, which makes no sense for a taxi app.

Pesimo. Reservo taxi para una hora y no hay el taxi a la hora pedida. La aplicación me confirma que tengo la reserva correctamente y no me envia ni mensajes para decir si van con retraso o falta algo. Encima no te deja reservar en minutos concretos. Antes de confirmar las 7.10h, elegí a las 7.00h y me dijo que a esa hora no podia ser porque habia cambio de turno. Nada fiable

Aceptan y cancelan tu trayecto, no es sustituido por otro conductor. Demasiado informales.

Pides un taxi en la app porque piensas que llegará antes a recogerte pero acabarias antes pidiendo uno en la calle. Veo en la app como el taxista da mil vueltas sin sentido por las calles y esperas 15 min a que venga el taxi mientras van pasando taxis libres delante tuyo. Y encima luego no tienen taximetro sino que tienes que pagar 10 euros por un trayecto que vale 7.
