So I downloaded this app by ”Co-op cabs“ (one of Toronto, Ontarios WORST TAXI SERVICES) and ordered a cab through this "app" of this crappy company… …As soon as they cabs picked me up, mid-way through the ride I was told to input my credit card info (WHY SHOULD WE PUT CREDIT CARD INFO IF THE RIDES ARE POST-PAID/pay after trip)… …So i input my credit card info and when the trip was complete, the taxi driver by the name of MARTIN ASANTE So I downloaded this app by ”Co-op cabs“ (one of Toronto, Ontarios WORST TAXI SERVICES) and ordered a cab through this "app" of this crappy company… …As soon as they cabs picked me up, mid-way through the ride I was told to input my credit card info (WHY SHOULD WE PUT CREDIT CARD INFO IF THE RIDES ARE POST-PAID/pay after trip)… …So i input my credit card info and when the trip was complete, the taxi driver by the name of MARTIN ASANTE (bald, black African guy in his late 50s) YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME TO PAY… …I told him that the money was already debited from my bank account and that there was no need to pay him… …He then lies to me and tells me that he "didn’t get paid"… …So we waited like HALF AN HOUR TO TALK WITH DISPATCH but his "supervisor" then told me that "the app doesn’t accept payments yet"… …So I had to e-transfer/cashapp this thief $60 CAD instead of the METERED RATE (yes it goes by the PHYSICAL METER IN THE CAR AND NOT THROUGH A GUARANTEED PRICE like those other ride apps)… …So PLEASE AVAOID USING THIS APP AT ALL COSTS AND COMPLAIN TO THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS ABOUT THESE GUYS

After entering phone numbers and clicked continue, it said Unknown Error, then stop!!! Can’t move forward or go back. I’ve to delete the app to exit!!! Garbage!

If I could, I would give it negative stars. The app doesn’t work for me at all and the company doesn’t care about its customers. When you call their drivers, they don’t pick up. The waiting time is more than any other taxi company. What else would u like to know? If it continues like this then Uber would be a monopoly.

What’s the point of making an app that doesn’t work at all?! I couldn’t even complete the registration coz it didn’t send me a confirmation code.

The app itself is great, but the five times I’ve used this the drivers hadn’t used it before and weren’t sure how to handle it. On 4 out of 5 uses of the app, I’m asked to sign either a blank slip, or the amount shown on the meter which is always higher than the app stated. The receipts I receive via email never match the meter and I’m unsure what amount is being charged to my card, or if an additional charge will appear on my card later when the slip I signed gets processed.

When i create account and get text code to activate it takes me back to sign in screen.... Can't actually activate in order to use this app.. QA didn't do a very good job here.
