Major issues with app upon install.
Was recommended this app for use in Ottawa. Upon installing the first time, was unable to add a credit card or payment details. That prevents me from then booking a taxi. So I uninstall and then re-install. Now the app won’t even load. I get a blank screen. Not a very good first impression. Hard to compete with uber and Lyft if your app doesn’t work. Even tried contacting their help desk. Person on other end had no idea what I was talking about and told me to try again next week. Not a good look.
