The app crashes often when placing orders. Takes multiple attempt

Need zero stars because the app doesn’t even work. These people are losing so much money.

This app is very easy to use and allows you to use Apple Pay.

Based off of previous reviews I was skeptical about giving this app a try. Not sure if it’s regional or what, but my experience was on par with other food apps for the most part. Everything was laid out fairly straight forward and easy to find. The only minor gripe I had was having to reselect my pickup time to a later time frame. It seems like this could be easy to automate and make the experience a little faster and streamline. Apple Pay worked well and made paying a breeze. Overall I was pleased with my experience and will use it again.

Please fix bug so my address is saved. I get tired of adding my address on every single order. Do the same thing with the credit card.

I literally could not physically order on the app because it kept glitching and not letting me advance. I typed in the address 3x and took forever to load and then pops up a random address that I did not type in. They should also have it connected to google maps so it pulls up addresses in the dropdown. Had to go back and forth to get all the info like zip etc.

I was trying to place an online order at 7:20 pm, when the restaurant closes at 8, but it didn’t let me. This has happened multiple time, and I end up just having to order over the phone!!!

App used to work fine. Went to place an order today and no matter what I tried, the “Review Details and Checkout” button brings up the Falafel Gyro, like it wants you to add to cart. If you do add it to cart, you can get to checkout. But… I don’t want a falafel gyro. Fix this bizarre issue please.
