Basic but works fine

Since an update I can’t get the app working. I just get a blank screen I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still not luck. Not great when it a paid for service and you can’t access the app that make it much more convenient

Downloaded the app to check people in for an event, the app started to work fine at 1st, then it started to say invalid code when scanning the QR code of new guest that would arrive Closing the app didn’t work, but when. Scanned on another phone it worked but after you scanned with the other device that device the next ticket that was scanned come up as invalid code. The check in list does not sync across the devices when people have been checked in But when scanned and checked It it does say already checked in/ used When typing the name of the ticket holder in the search bar of the check in list it did not find names of people It made check in people a stressful experience instead of an easy one. Used the app on IPhones 12, 12 pro and on a 8pro

Been using this for years and was great. After last update it has stopped working and I simply get a white screen.

Doesn’t work anymore for me on iphone XR. All I get is a white screen. I reinstalled and it worked for a day and then stopped again. Also details I used to get had stopped appearing on that one day it actually worked. Disappointing and a rubbish reply from the company when I emailed which literally said there was nothing wrong. There definitely is.
