One star cause it is useless for business owners enable it to work for business then it would be good.

Signed up for the On The Go TV Streaming sports pkg , the video output was 1.5” on a 6” screen. No option for full screen. Called tech support , they had no access to: 1. The App 2. A phone to test the app on 3. A list of compatible tv/phone for their streaming service 4. An answer other than did you restart the app

First of all running iOS 15.6.1 on an iPad Pro. The app has not been updated in 7 months or more. App randomly crashes for no reason. Won’t allow sign-in after crashing even though credentials are correct. Necessitating uninstall/reinstall, sometimes more than once. Then refuses to allow login, saying user name or password are incorrect. App randomly kicks one off back to the sign-in page in the middle of programming. TV Guide randomly disappears, and thebonl6 way to get it back is to logout, re login, and then we’re back to the login errors. A 1 star rating is being far too generous.

App crashes upon sign in. Unusable but what do you expect from TbayTel

I want to watch a show and the tv will have one channel with a show i dont want to watch available so i go to the recorded and i cant find a way to open the recorded show. I used to subscribe to Shaw and i thought TBay tel was better but Shaw had all the channels all the time with no problems. Even watching tv with tbay tel, the picture glitches a lot but thank goodness it doesn’t stay glitched for long.

This app crashes when opening. Completely unusable.

App doesn’t open. Flashes the tbayteltv logo and closes.

…or I do, at least according to tech support. I’ve downloaded this app 4 times and deleted 3. I downloaded it onto my phone. After successfully watching a TV show on my phone, I closed the app and when I returned to watch another and try to figure out how to get it onto my tv, it wouldn’t open again. It appeared to open but it would disappear and my “desktop” screen would show up again. I took the advice of the tech and closed, shut my phone off and then try it again. I did, and left it off while I showered and then tried it agin. Same result, kept disappearing instantly when I would try to open it. When I would check my phone to see what apps were open, it would show open. Click on it again and it would disappear. After deleting and re-adding a few times I got it to open. The tech told me that I would have to use screen sharing to view it on my TV as there was no button to send it through Apple TV Box. I did the screen share and it worked but the audio was AWFUL! It kept skipping. When I was on the phone with the tech before I tried the screen share I asked him if I should call back for further assistance if it doesn’t open. He said no, the problem is with my phone. Now I find that interesting because everything else on my phone works.

This app crashes periodically, and I always have to uninstall and reinstall for it to function again.
