TCA Taxi Amsterdam

We thank Marwan in black Taxi 448👏😘! What a lovely man to have stepped in to help us today when my husband was too unwell to walk and we needed a taxi to drive us a short way to our hotel after visiting the museum. Marwan stood up for us after another driver at the front of the Van Gogh museum taxi line aggressively refused to take us in his taxi because he said the ride was "too short" 🤷‍♀️. We have had excellent service to date from this taxi service and we believe the experience has only reinforced our belief that Amsterdam has mainly wonderful taxi drivers .... guess there will aways be one "bad apple" to come across! Thank you again Taxi 448 for being so observant and such a "good apple" - and saving us! 👌👏👏

They offer a special deal to the airport but charge full price. I used Apple Pay, they canceled the original payment and pretty much doubled it. SCAM!

I made a reservation a day in advance for a taxi. The driver came 20mins early. Then I learned from the driver, they dont see that this is a reservation for certain pickup time. They just thought its ordinary passenger. And I also learned there is no reservation made actually. Its just system shows you to drivers at that time(probably) and you would be luck if any driver would accept your request. I might have lost mu flight if this one driver wasnt around by coincidence. Terrible unreliable service. Also there is no way for both passenger and driver to see if trip is paid or not. Driver had to call the office to learn if payment went through. I was about to pay to the driver for 2nd time if we hadn't called the office to check. Unacceptable for such simple thing to build. I doubt if I ever use again. Just use Uber. You pay more but with no issues or stress.

This app is drunk and doesn’t function normally and was clearly designed by someone who was wasted.

Wanneer je een account wilt aanmaken in de app krijg je een error. ‘Er zijn geen chauffeurs beschikbaar’. Een account aanmaken door gebruik te maken van je AppleID werkt ook niet. App maar weer verwijderd. Maak dan gewoon nog even geen reclame op Insta als je nog geen werkend product hebt…

Gebruiksvriendelijkheid kan beter. Als je een rit wil reserveren kies je door de onduidelijke knop om meteen een taxi te laten komen, die dan weer geannuleerd moet worden.
