Terrible app
The app is hard to navigate, does not load quickly. It also goes to a white screen then comes back on another page somewhere else. The pop up ads are annoying. When my subscription is over I will look for another way to get local news.
Awful
Latest app takes about a minute to load on iPad. You first got a black screen, then grey screen, then finally the first page. Then when scrolling through the pages, suddenly reverts back to page 1. Reloading the app doesn’t improve it. Tech support is of no help. Online chat refers you to a $1.00 fix it site. Doesn’t even compare to the original app!
Worst. App. Ever.
Do you not have the funds or commitment to develop and maintain a decent app? Always buggy. Never a smooth experience day to day. Asking for sign in indiscriminately. You’re a big corporation. Figure it out.

Latest update doesn’t let me view the digital versions of newspaper. All I can see is a blank screen!!

T C PALM
It’s IMPOSSIBLE to find my subscription on line, the tcp chat gives me a website that links PALM BEACH POST. Trying for 2 days to TALK TO A PERSON, unsuccessfully !!!
No where to cancel
Cannot find anywhere easily that allows you to cancel subscription.
Unstable
Pinching and zooming pages within the edition frequently causes app to reload newspaper back to page one. Also, closing and reopening app forgets which newspaper I subscribe to and automatically loads Stuart edition instead of my Indian River editions.
