the worst app, I spent an hour of my time but could not make a deposit to refuel

I don’t understand why it’s locking for a short time when the pump is getting an error and you have to wait for 15 minutes to get unlocked Do something to fix this,

You can update it as much as you want, it doesn't matter. The application may work normally all week, then for several days you may not log into your account at the moment when you expected it, and be left with an empty tank. And so constantly. it's not a business, it's a hole.

Fuels discounts doesn't work at most fuel stations. They're steering you to TA's and Circle K's.. only participating ones work. Very few stations we find outside of the Atlanta area.

Like many others using this card and app. Very disappointing that 80%of the time the app has the wrong price per gallon. Plus it’s not very user friendly. The only good thing about it is the people I talk to. Always helpful

App was fine till the most recent update. I don’t know why people need to fix what isn’t broken

I don’t know who at TCS felt the need to make the login process more difficult than a bank, but I am done with them. My new fuel card with another company should be arriving in about a week or so and I am so ready to put TCS in the past. This is by far one of the least user-friendly apps I have used.

Avoid, app very buggy, customer service super slow

The app doesn’t work. The fuel card doesn’t work. Customer service did not answer.

Optimize the app! Everything is lagging!
