What’s with the log in to be able to track runners? I can’t do this.

I used it to track runners every year. It works some years and not on others.
Unable to log in to track runners
I was trying to log in to track runners, however I keep getting a “whoops” error message. I was able to log in with the same credentials on the nyrr website without issue. Please fix so I can track my friends on Sunday, thanks!!
Note to the NYCM team
Hi, I wonder if it is within your control to manage the search result in App Store? A search under “New York Marathon” will return the NYRR app as the result instead.
Buggy
Cannot log in or find a runner to track (“cannot reach server” error)

NYRR now forces everyone to log in or provide an email.
