TD Jakes On Demand

I installed this app on my phone but I’m getting an error message each time I enter my email address. Why?

When you login to your TD jakes account on a computer to purchase content you can access your PIN here. Go to my account and contact info with your name etc etc . At the bottom you will see pin filled in and greets our. That’s the pin needed to access this app.

Unable to access the app. Can’t get past email process. Attempted several times. Must be the application.

I keep getting an “Error” message whenever I try to sign in with an email which I didn’t know you needed an email. There isn’t even an option to create an account so I can get past this screen.

Not working! Do I need some kind of subscription? My email does not let me in. I keep getting an error message. I am a huge fan of T.D. Jakes! I would love to watch him on my tv instead of my phone!

I can’t get pass the email page, which is the the first page. The only other thing on the page is the help and it is not helpful. My true rating for this app is ZERO! Please remove as an option.

Agreed, can’t get past first screen where it asks for email address. Please fix!

Hello, I would think with all the 1 star rating reviews you guys would have fixed this app but now! Will it ever be fixed? Inquiring minds and TD Jakes’ followers would like to know!
