I never imagined I could enjoy exercise so much! Daniel and Alex are down to earth coaches who are so encouraging, understanding and motivating! They, along with Kristen and Tarsh are like family! There is a wonderfully supportive Facebook page of members that completes the package!
Daniel Bartlett is a magician! He got an extremely out of shape woman who has never been a fan of exercise a new lease on life! I’ve been overweight my entire life, until I found TBP in April of 2020. I was 246 lbs and every part of my body hurt. I’m now 155 lbs and have maintained it for over three years. No gym, no trainer, nobody could give me what TBP gave me! I have since become interested in Pilates thanks to the lovely Lady Coach, Alexandra Bartlett (Daniel’s beautiful wife). Thanks to her I have not had back pain in three years! I had spinal fusion and was in constant pain for years! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group. If you want to learn to love your body and take care of it in a a gentle and fun way, you HAVE to join!
I’ve been a TBP member since early 2018 and have stayed consistent with them since then. From my first workout I was hooked! I love that there is constantly new workouts released and programs to follow to ensure I don’t get bored. And I truly love Daniel and Alex and the entire TBP team. They have changed my life.
Two years with TBP and I intend to stay with this program for the rest of my life. No matter where you are, TBP will motivate and inspire you to help you reach any physical goal you have set for yourself. Daniel and Alex Bartlett have tapped into what really works for every day people when it comes to sustaining an exercise program. I am 60 years old. I have lost 100 pounds. I can do things now I could not do in my 40’s. My physical strength often surprises me. Best thing of all, Daniel and Alex have brought us all together as a team and a family. So very grateful for TBP!

This is a review of the poorly running mobile app only. I love team body project and the workouts but their app is often glitchy. Currently, it has deleted all of my progress going back month and marked all workouts and days with red xs. When I try to reschedule or move a workout it duplicates under the new date. If I delete one duplicate, it deletes all of the videos and no longer keeps accurate track of anything. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. But it continues to glitch up. I can no longer track my progress using it and can’t trust the app. Instead, I just use the scheduled workout and ignore everything it’s doing wrong.
This program has changed my life. I am down 20 to 25 pounds and I’m happily working out nearly every day, not because it’s a punishment, but because I want to. I am sleeping better, my heartburn has gone away, and I feel much more healthy.
Best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Can’t say enough good things about this program. So so glad I found it!
I have tried a ton of work out programs. Most failed very quickly for me because the intensity was to high and I felt I had to push myself to the brink of collapse. I was born with a bad hip / leg that gives me a lot of pain. Squatting motions are difficult because I have less muscle mass and flexibility in my right leg. Team body projects workout library has been such a game changer for me. They have so many SUPER beginner friendly work out programs. A lot of all standing low impact routines that I really needed in the beginning. Now I’m hopping around, jumping, squatting, and really enjoy pushing myself just a little bit more every time.They are incredibly motivating and uplifting. I don’t ever feel like I’m failing at a workout which was a big problem for me with my previous attempts. I’ve been on their program for 8 months now. I’ve lost 40 pounds combining body project and Noom. I’m 20 pounds from my goal weight and I can’t sing body projects praises enough. If you’re super new to exercise or have limited mobility like me just try this! They also have a free low impact high intensity work out on YouTube which is what got me hooked on them.
