Won’t let you toggle off HOA so you can search homes without an HOA. The whole idea of searching for a home accurately is being able to search by every option, like Homesnap does a better job in comparison in my option at the moment.

This app is great! No worry about getting my information sold like on Zillow or Redfin. And updates every 15 minutes instead of hours like those said apps and sites! Never going back to another app.
