So frustrating to have an app that crashes every single time you want to open up a team chat. Bad user experience and very buggy

This app used to work perfectly. But recently I can’t get into the app most tries and if I can, it runs slow. Hate to find an alternative, but we need something that works.

The app was working perfectly fine until a month ago, constantly lagging, slow to display my teams. Unless I got wifi on I kept getting an error message “please check your connection “ all other apps in my phone work fine without WIFI. I hope you can make some changes to improve the app performance

It is “ok” but not great. It is not nearly as intuitive and user friendly as TeamSnap, and rather frustrating to use if you have gotten used to the functionality of TeamSnap. But… it’s free.

More of a question than review. Is there a way to get the app to actually notify the team when the coach sends a message or update? I recently started using this app and my team sees the messages but only by checking daily for any new messages. The app is alerting them of any new messages. Is it a settings thing?

I have an iphone x and the app does not look like in the screenshots. Does not use the full screen, its scaled.

This app is clunky and noisy...too many ads and distractions. It’s not easy to accomplish anything and too many clicks to get to where to want to go. As a parent, there’s got to be a better way...
