App is mostly useless. Won’t load tickets about 99% of the time. Apparently there is no interest from the company in making it work.
Cannot create tickets, attachments don’t even show up. Lacking almost everything from the web version. What is the point of having an app to a ticket system, when basic functions of managing and creating your tickets is absent?? Do yourself a favor and just stick with the web app.
This app would be much better if you could actually create tickets on it. Sometimes when on the go I don’t have time to run to the nearest computer when I think of a ticket that I need to create. Having this at my fingertips would make things much easier. Just a thought. Other than that it’s pretty helpful being able to go in and modify or change status on already open tickets.
Good start but needs more frequent updates.

Great 1st version. Very basic but I’ll take simple and stable any day. Change My Closed to All Open. That would be far more useful. Then add ability to see tasks next, then you’ll forever change my life. Giving in 4 stars bc it’s got a long way to go hit great start.
So happy I now have an easy to use app in the palm of my hand so I can manage my tickets from anywhere. This is a great tool!
Can you take a look at...previous nightmare on iPhone. This app simplifies answering questions on the go! I can read, respond, assign and make updates to ticket in real time. The app is also aesthetically pleasing.
This is a great add on to the platform for those folks who are on the go a lot. Gives you quick access to those important tickets and insights you need to manage and keep your support organization moving along.
I was drawn to TeamSupport because it’s automation features and the ability to customize the data that I needed exported. We use this primarily for RMAs and have found it to be very helpful and the staff is always quick to resolve any issue we may have.
