Cannot sign into mobile app
I’m using the same credentials to sign into the application on chrome and safari but every time I try on the app it says “please make sure you have the correct username or password” I’d rate this zero stars if I could.

Pretty buggy. Did Teamwork abandon this app?
Can’t assign tasks from tickets in desk to tasks in projects. It is essential and the create task is grayed out on iPad and iPhone so it’s not functional on the go away from a desktop.
Had to remove the updated app. If you click on a link inside a ticket it opens a web view that can’t be “backed” out of. Not being able to search via a url structure is also annoying. The new ticket URL works (most times) but not the search one. Sadly I’ve had to uninstall this.
I can’t even log in! It directs me to log in again! This is garbage ad should be addressed! Please feel free to reach out to me for support. Eric@ dogwater.games
This app has been crashing for over a year. We pay 4500 per year for this product, but I think we are done with it. I can get a much better system for our money.
I can’t tag tickets, can’t merge tickets, can’t forward emails, can’t see when someone else is viewing same ticket/already replying, can’t UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS??
Post recent rebranding update app keeps crashing when attempting to view tickets. :(
We use TWD all day every day and it’s a great companion to TWP. But I can’t say much about the app. I would love the ability to create tickets, do mentions, sort and filter better. Hopefully we will see more feature parity in the mobile apps soon.
About two weeks after downloading the app, I started receiving a bad JSON message. I flagged it for support and they said they filed the bug. Then a week after, the app hiccupped. And reverted to the login screen. I went to sign back in and it said it was authenticating and then nothing happened. If I put in the wrong password, I get an error message. But when I put in the right password it never actually logs in. Not only that but when I try to access the website from my iPhone it tries to load the page but instead loads a white screen. So the only place I can access tickets is from my desk — other than being alerted and responding through the email on my phone. 😕 Needs a lot of work.
