I don’t know why but I cannot play downloaded talks in airplane mode. It’s so frustrating. In addition, the saved list is inconsistent between TV and mobile app.

Idk why but it still can’t open after all attempts like re-download and setting check

The app becomes very slow when I upgraded recently

The app is great yet the user experience needs much improvement. Video can’t be played properly and the login in apps experience is not that good yet. Please recognise it and fix it.

Cannot play video after turning screen off and on, basically cannot use, need to force quit the app and restart

CANNOT ENTER INTO THE APP!!

After I downloaded TED IOS App, I start using Facebook as log in, go through the login window, then a black screen shown as the app was trying to load the content. Blank, and black screen as if there is nothing. So I tried another way to run the app, I choose “SKIP THIS FOR NOW”, same thing happened, a black screen, nothing was there. I am using iPad IOS 13.2. Hope your IT team could fix this ASAP. Thank you.
