i orded a toy of a playset with food, when it came it wasnt like the picture some items were missing , they contacted to ask about the service we said 8/10 they wanted our story about how the picture is not the same as the toy and they told us they will return the toy and we can replace it with another one, they called after a day accusing us of lying and getting the pictures from the internet, turns out they removed the toy from the app and kept accusing us of lying about it such disrespect and cruelty, WORST APP IN KUWAIT SO BAD SERVICE

الطلب يطول معهم والتواصل معاهم شكلي وليس جدي مجرد يقولون الطلب بالطريق والمخادثه من 6 او 7 ساعات اعتقد وصل للبلد الثانيه ولم يصلنا

توصيل سيء و بطيء مع اني مأكدة عليكم ثلاث مرات عندي مناسبة مع ذلك لم يتم التوصيل الا قبل نصف الليل بنص ساعه

للاسف اسوء تطبيق العاب تاخر طلبي بمدة ٤ ايام والمندوب اللي وصلي معنى دافعه اونلاين ظل يدق علي دفعي ودفعي قتله مفروض مبين عندكم اونلاين دافعه ودزيتله كابجرات الدفع وقالولي قسم الشكاوي ان بيعوضوني بخمس دنانير لان فعلا الطلب تاخر ولا شفتها ومسحت التطبيق بكبره وحرمت اطلب منهم…

If I could give them 0 star, I WOULD! 12 HOURS have passed and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GIFTS!! Every time I reach out, they either tell me the gifts are in the warehouse ready to be delivered OR they’re with the delivery man. This will definitely be the last time I’ll be using this godforsaken app.

If you want to buy toys for your child l advise you to buy from this application it has very fast delivery

١- سوء ادارة : ما يعرفون يتصرفون لمن تكون الهديه خربانه احرجوني من الشخص اللي هديته بان الهديه خربانه وخذت يومين عشان يبدلونها و ارسلو الهديه لعنوان خطا ٢- ما يحددون فترة للتوصيل اطلب الصبح توصل ١٠:٣٠ بليل !! ٣- مافي مصداقيه في عروضهم وفوق هذا يصرفون منتجات قديمه عندهم ، وصدف ان حتى اللعبه الثانيه اللي خذيتها واضح عليها سوء تخزين واكتشفت ان موجود الاصدار الجديد منها في موقع ثاني بجوده افضل وارخص!

التطبيق كان رائع جدا والتوصيل خلال ساعتين والعروض كانت اروع للاسف هالفترة جدا بالغتوا برفع الاسعار لدرجة حتى العروض ماعاد لها قيمة

Teeela is not recommended because I ordered 9 o’clock in the morning that’s when they open and then I heard that they’re giving the people that are ordering 11 o’clock at now is 1 o’clock and still there’s a lot of people that get their orders that orders 11 o’clock but a & I ordered another clock and still didn’t come it’s late
