The app keeps saving my address incorrectly and saving the apartment number even after I remove it. I have to hit log in twice in order for my password to show up so something is going on and needs to have a bug fix.

never experienced anything quite like this - nothing works correctly - bill pay, mobile deposit, nothing!

Does more and easy to use. Can set up text alerts for transactions in accounts and credit card. Bill Pay easy to use once set up.

Since the new update, I haven’t been able to pay my credit card with the latest update. Not sure why I can't Pay it using my linked outside account. This app is not user-friendly. I must keep going to the local branches to pay for my credit card. I wish the rating system had a minus cause that's what this app gets minus!

There was a lot of hype about “exciting new features”. Unfortunately, the one I needed the most is gone: my ability to pay my credit card from an external account - which I need to do from time to time. Now I have to transfer funds which takes 5 days to post and make a payment that takes another 5 days to post so basically, my credit card payment will ALWAYS be late unless I have the payment in advance…..and if that’s the case, I might as well pay $$ and skip the card altogether. Pretty much makes the whole thing useless to me . Thanks a lot TEG 😡

I have to try 6 times to deposit a check and it still constantly says that I need to check off mobile deposit only. It is checked. This is truly useless since you changed the app.

TEG should have saved money by updating the old app. I can not deposit checks with mobile deposit. Conflicting info on how to endorse the back of the check. I guess this is what we get when an incompetent family member design’s an app.

Worst mobile banking app ever

Now I can’t use mobile deposit. This is not an upgrade.
