I don’t like how they changed the scan sounds, the one that used to be an error sound is now the sound for a successful scan. It fails to fetch the order list after a few scans, needs some fixes

The app gets the job done, although it lacks some of the functions the desktop version has it still does what it needs to.

I don’t know why the dealership I work for switched to this crm app for sales when we used to have dealersocket as a CRM tool. Dealersocket was a much more simple CRM app with easy use. I don’t recommend this app at all. Especially the desktop version. Horrible experience so far

Absolutely horrific just like the website the app freezes constantly when trying to upload a video it fails every single time I spend more time trying to upload a video than I do working on a vehicle.
Works as intended, but could use some improvements
As a technician, this app does the job. It makes capturing and or loading photos and videos and files onto an RO pretty straightforward. I personally haven’t had any issues with the app itself.
I really wish they would add push notifications for when new tickets get assigned or approved & added messaging capabilities . It also would be awesome if they could make the in-app popup confirmation messages either show up on the bottom of the screen or make it so that you can swipe it or tap it away. It usually gets in the way of the back button on the screen and you have to wait for it to go away on its own before being able to go to the previous screen.
Constantly re-logging in
They need to add a way to save your login information so we don’t have to enter it every single time you need to use the app. Lots of times when us salespeople go to the app, its for something urgent.

I love this app
Writing up customers is easy, and being able to present my customers with recommendations from my phone or iPad without the need to print anything out is a huge time saver especially when there are multiple customers in the waiting room. Only thing I wish the app had is the web chat feature built in but I don’t use it often enough to notice yet.
