Unable to contact anyone, all numbers stopped working and no response from company. They still have my prepaid money.

Used to be a great company. Since 2021 had failed to deliver. Don’t waste your money

Why is Apple enabling a scam service like Tel3 to defraud customers by allowing them to remain in the app store and continue to steal from customers? Is Apple paying any attention to the reviews of all these frustrated robbed customers? THROW TEL3 OUT OF THE APP STORE - DON'T BE AN ENABLER TO THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY.

At the time, it was one of the cheapest way to make long distance calls. You could buy credit and it would never expire. They changed that rule and you had to make at least one call per year or lose any credits you have. Would have used it but it was so laggy it was unusable. I told them several times about the lag but was always told the system is working fine. Ended up losing over 10.00+ in credit. Lag was so bad, conversations became unbearable. I do not recommend this app. You can tell this app is left to wither and die, at the time of this review: Apr 23, 2021 the app has not seen an update in 4 years. Check the reviews saying the app is broken under the most recent versions of iOS.

I’ve asked to get a refund of the remaining credit on my account since they no longer support my home country, and I have been waiting for the refund check for almost 2 months now.

Signed up, used to to make an international call and had $10 balance. I went to use it a month later, and had 0 balance and said account not valid (had the app). I emailed, they said I had to call. I called, told me a 2 minute wait, waited for about 50 min and then they just hung up on me. I emailed again and told them all that, and told them they better refund my money or fix it...nothing.

For two months, every time a phone call is attempted, “all circuits are busy” is as far as one is able to go.

Whoever I am calling, they do not hear me.
