Literally is always unavailable and never works so sick of it. We are planning to switch banks because it’s important to have a working app for us.

Will frequently tell me the app has been enhanced and we I go to the App Store it is up to date.
I try to make sure I know how much money I have in my account at all times but everytime I go to check my account the app is having some sort of issue and its so annoying to deal with all the time. Yes, my app is up to date and I check regularly if it needs an update. Im just really tired and frustrated with fighting this app all the time. Its also not just me who has these issues my family that has Telcomm also can barely ever see their accounts too.
I cannot do anything on this app literally a message pops up saying that whatever I’m trying to do it is not available on the app. Ex. Can’t set up Zelle for instance. Can’t pay bills setup. I figured I would be able to make my truck payment on here but I do not see anything that would make that possible.
Every single function for help just gives you the Telcomm phone number which I could just Google. You can’t freeze your account through the app if your card is lost or stolen. It doesn’t display the account number, routing number, or your debit card number. I’m just sick of having to call the bank anytime there’s a problem that I could solve by myself if only I had my account number and routing number readily available. The only thing this app tells you is your account balance, it does also allow transfers, and that’s about it. I hope the creator sees this and updates the app to include this info🙏🏻
Had no issues with that app on my old phone. Switched to my iPhone 14 and now the app doesn’t work at all. Every time I try to open it it immediately crashes and closes out. Really annoying because my old iPhone had no issues opening the app.
If you can’t log in make sure you have already enrolled in the new online banking program, you’ll have to make a new username and password and everything. The app overall is okay, not the best but it works.
New App forced to switch. Can no longer see my pending ACH deposits. Functionality of this app is clunkier than the old app. Can not click on transaction and get more info like I could in the old app. Overall not impressed. Hope some functionality updates roll out soon. Very disappointed.
Tried logging in on the “old” app, was prompted to download an app called “TCU Mobile”. Took me forever to find it because it’s not even named TCU Mobile, but there are many apps that are. Downloaded 3-4 apps before I finally found this one, downloaded it and it won’t let me login. Even tried resetting my password, but I’ve tried 3 times and it won’t send me the link. I’m just trying to pay my bills!!
