Still as poorly written
App constantly refuses my id and password whether I use the same one as the website, or my Apple ID! Then it locks me out! This has been happening for months! If the app at least let me see the password that was entered, but noooo, that would be an advanced feature that would require more highly skilled and too expensive programmers! Then there is the problem of accepting credit cards. More often than otherwise, Trustpilot ‘s credit card system is blocked by the credit card companies, including CitiBank and Windward Islands Bank. Now it’s pretty bad when the main bank of the country whose phone company you are servicing refuses your software! And the morons at Telem brag about the app!!! Many years later, this app is still as much of a time waster as earlier versions!
