The app provided none of the on-boarding steps it claims to offer. I have no idea how this app is supposed to work (meaning it’s been useless). It’s been a huge waste of time for the past few weeks.

I know it’s been a few days, but I don’t like the app. It’s not user friendly at all(in my opinion), even if you select your preferences when it comes to religion or something else, those are not taken into consideration. So why bother??? I have reached out to Membership team and shared my feedback. This app can be something good!

I told them to cancel a long time ago and they still took my money today which was months after I told them and they confirmed cancellation. I want a refund, please contact me.

Charging my card without authorization. I cancelled membership of a free “friends” account over a year ago as I’m not even single anymore, and they continue to attempt to charge me $100. There is no communication with support after sending multiple emails.

I really love the idea behind this app and its focus on curating a community of people who are serious about relationships. The validation process for sign-ups is a standout feature, saving a lot of time by filtering out those who aren't genuinely seeking something long-term. However, the app itself is quite buggy, which makes effective use difficult at times. If the functionality improves, this app has serious potential for those of us looking for real connections.

Charge money without my authorization.

Dating apps can be exhausting but Teleport is more than a dating app, it’s a matchmaking service! I really love the interface and the technology used to find the right person for me! I really love Teleport and everything it has to offer and I’ve really enjoyed using the app.

There is no way to cancel or delete your account via the app. There is no way to way to view your membership plan via the app or website whatsoever. Seems like a rather aggressive tactic for retention.

There is nothing like this out there. Fantastic people that truly want to find a partner all while enjoying insane events all throughout the city. Get on now!

I cannot tell you enough how tired of the dating apps I’ve been. THIS is the app I’ve been waiting for!!! You get serious people who are actually looking and you get to have a no pressure quick meet on video to see if you fit.
