السلام عليكم الكاميرا لم تعد تعمل معي ارجو مساعدتي

I can't receive the notification on the app please update!!!!

مشغل الاشعارات ولاكن ماتوصلني من جميع الكاميرات في المنزل حدثو التطبيق

ما تشتغل و يصير تصويرها بطئ اذا كنت برا البيت او بعيد من البيت التسجيلات ماتقدر تنزلها او تحفظها عندك و استجابتها تكون جدًا بطيئة لمن تتحكم فيها برا البيت It’s not working when you are outside and slow motion when see it when you out of home also the record can’t download or save some time i can’t open records file

كاميرا سيئة ولازم تكون على نفس شبكة البيت يعني ما تنفع اذا حتكون خارج البيت وسعرها مرتفع مقارنة بغيرها

When i need to open the camera when im far away from the house it doesnt open i have to be in the same network as the camera and that makes the camera useless please fix this dumb issue
