OK … this is quite a lot of fun!

Playing this on the iPad with a case that has a built-in keyboard, the game is assuming I'm using a keyboard to play (which, why would I? The game doesn't even play in landscape mode for my keyboard to be comfortable) and it does not respond to swiping or tilting during gameplay unless I take my case off (and only does if I do take it off, restarting and reinstalling the game have not fixed the issue). Quite a hassle just to play a simple arcade game. Hope this gets fixed soon since temple run was always one of my favourites.

Read the developer’a response re a fix to this problem but found little has changed. Sad, given what a lovely little game this is.

GAME SAID I HAVE NO WIFI BUT I DO

This has always been a great game to play. Recently I discovered, however, that you can 'game' (cheat) the score you achieve by quitting when you 'die' as long as you still have 1 revive left. Don't choose that last revive and just quit and then wait the requisite time to have 3 revives appear. Whilst fun for a few goes, it does rather defeat the whole point ofthe game doesn't it? It means that the ridiculously big scores (600 million at the time of writing) at the very top of the global leader board via Games Center is really pointless and completely detracts from the game IMHO. Devs you can surely fix this if you want to? In the meantime I will stop playing it as its competitiveness is gone.

It’s a good game, but just a shame there’s not other maps to unlock like in temple run 2, as it soon gets boring running the same map all the time

Temple Run has always been one of my favourite mobile games so I’m elated to see the dust brushed off it on Apple Arcade 😍 Plays really well and the new objectives etc are a nice addition without taking away from the original game. The only thing - it seems to register a right swipe as a down swipe a lot more which leads to a lot of runs ending with a nice slide into the water 🛝 Could absolutely just be me, but wanted to raise it in case it is “a thing”. 😄
