Just hit the Music button within the app to reveal the available audio import options. Import an audio file from your iPod/Apple Music library, Dropbox account or over WiFi network directly to your device. Tempo SlowMo will then load the audio file which you can then play, pause, slow down and speed up to your hearts content.
Tempo SlowMo also has a feature allowing you to drop markers at any point in the track so that you can quickly skip back to that point if there is a particular bit of a track you are trying to master. Special Loop Markers allow you to loop part of a track if you need to master a specific section. Start and End Track Markers allow you to override the point where a track begins and ends.
As well as being able to import audio files from different sources you can also make your own recording and save it for future use.
You can export the changes you made to an audio file to MP4 and upload it to Dropbox or send it as an email attachment.
Please note that this app does not support tracks which are DRM protected.
Apple Music tracks in your music library can now be loaded and played in Tempo SlowMo. Unfortunately controls such as pitch, balance and equaliser cannot be used with Apple Music tracks. However you can change the tempo and set loops to your hearts content.

● Playlist – create, update, save and load playlists of tracks. BPM lock feature included which enables you to play an entire playlist at the same BPM.
● Pitch Changer – alter the pitch in 0.5 semitone increaments between -12 and +12 semitones.
● BPM Tapper – determine the BPM of your track.
● Equaliser Control – isolate specific frequency bands with this 10 band equaliser.
● Balance Control – change the volume per channel.
● Remove Adverts – The app is free but contains adverts. Use this option to remove the adverts.

Bachata dancer review
I am going on multiple dance classes and trainings and I can't be more satisfied by Tempo application.
There are multiple applications on App Store with same posibilities. In my opinion Tempo has all the features everyone need - seek, speed change, loops and markers, loading songs not only from Music app but also cloud service and much more in additional paid packages. And beside features Tempo has the nicest and most comfortable user interface which is very nice for the eyes and easy to use.
In comparision with other similar apps, I really recommend Tempo.

Buggy App, Equilizer Not Working
Man this thing is heating my phone and I bought the equalizer hoping to isolate drums but every time I load a song it goes dark and I can’t use it, can I get my dollar back??
Warning: Apple Music Subscription Required
This app was great for slowing down dogs temporarily for my students while learning choreography, but I am unable to use it anymore because you can only access your iTunes music if you have an Apple Music subscription. Totally useless to me now.
Paid for it but wont change pitch
What are the more useful things in this app was the transposing or pitch changer. Now when I say restore purchase that I’ve already paid for it does not work.! don’t know why you broke it !
Bamboozled
The developers allowed Apple to corrupt the app by requiring an Apple Music subscription to access your own music. I have songs that I wrote and recorded. I cannot even access them. Additionally, they changed it so that we cannot use the "Tap BPM" feature without having a song loaded, which (of course) requires an Apple Music subscription. I PURCHASED features in the app that I can no longer use due to the changes. Subsequently, I deleted the app from my device. I will never buy another app from these developers, ever again, because they cannot be trusted to not sell out to big tech and render our purchases null and void. They, essentially, stole my money as I purchased features and now I'm not allowed to access said features.

Personally I haven’t had any problems with this app I use it for the pitch and it’s been fine
PITCH Function is no longer working.
After satisfactorily using this app for several years the PITCH function no longer works correctly—frequently with the Pitch button no longer appearing at all. I deleted and reloaded the app 11/10/23 and no improvement. The button occasionally appears, (depending on which of my downloaded iTunes selections I load), but does not reliably function. When it does not appear, I can go to the Shopping basket (Store) REMOVE it, then INSTALL it, and it will reappear—but does not function (it will display incremental semitone changes, but will not change the audio). It was an invaluable tool for rehearsing or arranging a tune in a key other than the original key, but that function now seems to have largely disappeared.
Abandoned
I tried to restore purchases and nothing happens. It seems the store is no longer online. ☹️
