Absolutely LOVE the app in all ways except all functionality depends on the company continuing to pay the AWS bill for us. Power users like myself want a local API for sensors and control. Ex: I want presence sensors exposed to Home Assistant so I can use them as an automation trigger to turn lights on or off. We understand the AI processing and coaching would still need the cloud. We just want to use the hardware we purchased in any way we want. Please add a local API for control and sensors. Thank you for continuing to pay the AWS bill and not charging a subscription!

$12,000 bed and the app can’t even work the same way as the bed remote. I’m returning the bed and being done with this app.

The app provides an alternative to using the remote, which basically lets you control your bed with your phone, but requires an internet connection. That is the good part. The sleep tracking is garbage. If you get out of bed it frequently identifies this as the end if your sleep. Additionally it says I was awake for an hour or more in the middle of the night. My Apple watch is infinitely better at tracking my sleep. The AI part can only mean absent information. The app provides meaningless graphs of air quality, temperature and humidity with no numbers or data to support the wavy line and color changes. I can honestly say I wish I had not paid for the premium adjustable bed, the features provided really no value.

Open the app recently to use the remote for my bed and it’s not on there anymore! I don’t know if my bed is connected anymore, trying to reconnect and turn off the bed time reminder, it would NOT ALLOW me to do it!! This app must have a bug or something, please advise!!

Seriously? Why does my bed go to the anti snore setting when I have that feature turned off? It’s turned off because it would auto adjust when I wasn’t asleep and there was no snoring. When I open the app to access the remote it will let the bed down although I haven’t accessed the remote yet - literally opening the app causes my bed to go up or down. This is an awful app and I can’t get my bed to stop acting possessed!!!!

When is this going to change? My sleep tracker has been off because you guys haven’t fjxed the Bluetooth issue. I paid a lot of money for this. Fix the issue.

AI in the name must stand for Absolute Idiot. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years and it is wrong so often that you just can’t trust it. It invariably gets a 5 minute bathroom break wrong, often tracking it as 45 minutes. It often gets sleep start time wrong, but usually gets sleep end time right. If you like to sit up in bed and read or watch TV before lying down, that confuses the app. If you sleep with a partner, that also often confuses the app. It might work better for single sleepers or with a split mattress king size bed (ours is queen size). It does mostly get the heart rate and breath rate right. Not one of the better apps in my opinion.

It doesn’t function properly it will if you have animals. It will register them as you and start taking down the sleep tracking. It should have an option to communicate with you via your watch or on the phone ask you if you’re in bed going to sleep or not it already ask if you have dogs that sleep in the bed so I figured it would have some you know back up to make sure that you were not and it doesn’t really track properly. The only reason it does track properly as if you actually go to sleep at a certain sleep schedule, but if you randomly take naps and whatever on the bed, it won’t track it at all it’s a waste of time using this app
